The first home is under construction at Lomas de Playa Venado. Ground broke on the two story, two bedroom private villa featuring a pool and terrace that overlook the magnificent views of Playa Venao below. The owners of the villa, a couple from Australia and South Africa, purchased the real estate due to the proximity to the surf at Playa Venao, the views, the large lots, and the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of the development. Home construction is expected to be completed by March 2012. Salzburg Development plans to continue its real estate offerings in the Pedasi and Playa Venao areas of the Azuero Peninsula through Lomas de Playa Venao and Rio Oria Estates as the area garners more and more attention from tourists and those seeking residential and investment opportunities.
