Construction of Casa Malecon, the first renovation project in the Terraplen neighborhood of Casco Viejo, Panama, is complete and delivery of the sold residential units has commenced. The building includes six condominiums, one commercial space, and five parking places and features amazing waterfront views of the bay of Panama and the downtown city skyline. The street directly in front of Casa Malecon will be closed to traffic and open only to pedestrians increasing the charm of the street for residents and opening up new business possibilities for the commercial space.
